You are requested to forward the provisional certificate applications along with the undertakings of those students who have obtained 216 credits at the end of recently concluded fourth year andsecond semester regular April 2011 examinations.
In case the PC applications have been already sent, you are requested to send the undertakings signed by the students immediately to facilitate generation of provisional certificates and CMMs. This may be treated as very urgent. The undertaking form is attached along with this circular. PC and CMM of those students with 216 credits will not be generated unless the undertaking form is submitted.
